Hi,
Do you still have a cervix? Sometimes women can have some bleeding if the cervix is left behind.
When I had my hyst the bleeding probably only lasted a week - 2 weeks at the most and it was only a little bit. Since it has been three weeks, you should probably call your doc and ask his/her opinion.
