Hi My periods were perfectly regular always. I have not gotten my last two periods and it doesn't feel like I will be getting my next one either. Some background info is I have been taking paxil for one year. Buspar was added 2 months ago with it. I have been usung alesse bc pills for 16 months. My question is this. Could the buspar/paxil combination have shut off my periods? I am not pregnant. Even though some pregnancy like symptoms occur such as mild nausea, sore breasts, and strange food cravings. A nurse did a pregnancy test and it was negative. Also, 3 months ago I discovered a pea sized lump behind and at the aereola edge which corresponds to the time my periods stopped.
