What is the best technique for removing a necrotic fibroid located in the enodometrial cavity the size of a small tomatoe? THe dr cant see behind it because it is coming into the cervix but is necrosed. Is it better to twist it off all in one piece or take it out piece by piece and then clamp and cut the neck of the fibroid? Also how long should the bleeding last afterwards taking prometrium? Thanks
