Your neurologist may just be correct. I get MAJOR hand tingling during a migraine. Even my feet at times. And with migraines, you can have the tingling up to 24 hours before or after a migraine attack. If you look up 'migraine and tingling' on http://www.google.com you will find tons of info. Hormones kick mine up severely. Maybe take time and see if it goes away. Or get another opinion to give you some piece of mind. If you are concerned, you can ask for an MRI of the brain or CT scan. This will show the dr any prior stroke activity, or any current acitivity of stroke. But try not to panic. Tension can bring on a nasty migraine especially if the old hormones are kicking up. Best of luck. Hate those-know how you feel. Pretty scary at times. God's peace. If you would like to write, I have links that can confirm migraine types and why this happens due to hormones.[Please put womens health in the subject so I don't delete you!
