Twice I have been told I have a small 2cm follicular cyst on lt ovary,5/02 and 7/03.This is the only time I have ever had vaginal ultrasound and both times these were the findings. I am 42 with endometriosis. My question,I know this sounds crazy,but I hope someone can answer. It was about 4 weeks ago when I had the ultrasound and the dr showed it to me on the screen,he says it was follicular and not to worry about it,it was midcycle,day 13. Today is also midcycle and I have been having shooting pains in the lt ovary area.Can you still ovulate from the same ovary that could possibly have a small follicular cyst on it from last month?
