My doctor prescribed paxil CR to treat my PTSD and insomnia. I took my first one last night (12.5 mg). Although it made me quite groggy, I was awake almost all night. Very jittery for about 15 hours with slight, dull cramping in the pelvis. My period is 7-10 days away and I've already ovulated. I'm scared to take another one.
