I am 23 years old and seeking to become pregnant with my 2nd child. My first pregnancy was an emergency c-section as I did not dialate past 1. My daughter will be turning 2 in a month, so I have waited an ample amount of time before trying to become pregnant again. Before my daughter was born, my periods were exactly 28 days apart. I was off birth control for 1 month before becoming pregnant. After she was born now they are anywhere from 20-60 days apart. I have been off birth control for 8 months and nothing has happened. I went to the OBGYN to find out why. He prescribed Prometrium 200mg for 10 days. He told me that I should begin my period by day 10 or day 11. I have not done this. My last period was June 27, 2003. I wonder if this is normal? This is my first month on the medication. He also prescribed Clomid to take 50mg on day 3-7 of my period, of which I have not begun yet becuase of no period yet. Any suggestions?? Just wondered if this had happened to anyone else?? Thanks so much!!
