Yes, Get the book about Fibroids and Treatment by Susan Lark....very GOOD book...Fibroids are caused by TOO Much estrogen and that can be changed somewhat by your diet but if they are doing ANY damage to your organ or causing any other serious problmes , there wont be time for diet to kick in and work..You will need to do what the dr advises ...also, the naturalist say ..keep your blood moving...stagnant, thick unclean blood makes tumors....Good luck and I am battling 2 huge ones and many smaller ones...I dont want surgery either. There is a risk of radiation, and the beeds ending up in areas other than intended so for me the emolization is not an option(be sure you ck out the disadvantages for embolism as a nurse advised me against it but for others that may be the way they feel they should go.) ... sometimes the risk have to be weighed and you choose the least risky procedure for your situation. Sometimes you have to take some risk in order to survive.
