I visited this site and just wanted to see if others are in agreement with my summary: Lower Estrogen will help with possible weight loss, and headaches Higher Estrogen will help with break-through bleeding, heavy periods, and cramps. Does that about sum it up? There was nothing about preparing for menopause.
