I'm 35 years old and on the pill. I'm trying to figure out what the advantages/disadvantages of the different estrogen levels are in BCPs. Particularily in regard to migraine headaches, weight gain, hair growth, and future menopause concerns. I'm trying to determine whether a higher vs. a lower estrogen level is better for me. If anyone knows of a good website to visit with this information, that would be helpful as well. Thank you.
