I'm not a doctor, but I know that hoarseness can be due to a great many different things. Singers such as yourself can become hoarse; you work in a nightclub- are you exposed to a lot of second hand smoke and do you smoke yourself? Sinus problems can contribute and so can acid reflux disease , which is very common. There are other potential causes. Since this has been going on for some time I would suggest you see an ENT physician (ears, nose and throat doctor)
