My periods became irregular in Sept. 2003, actually skipped it for the first time. Then for the next4 months they were pretty regular. Then I missed my period again in June and it started in July. This time my period has lasted 15 days so far. I have heavy bleeding with clots. I havent had any kind of abnormal pain or any other sympthoms. I thought maybe this was all due to the amount of stress i've been under for the last year but now Im getting concerned. I am 42 years old and have had normal 5day periods since my period started at 16. Flow has always been pretty heavy, but regular every 28 days and lasting only 5 days.
