I AM TOO HIGH OF A RISK FOR BIRTH CONTROL PILLS, PLUS I AM 49 YEARS OLD AND DON'T GET MY PERIOD ANYMORE. THE BLEEDING SHOULDN'T EVEN BE THERE AFTER ALL THIS TIME. I WENT THROUGH MENOPAUSE IN 2001, THAT'S WHY THE BLEEDING IS CAUSING BE TO BE QUITE CONCERNED. I KNOW SOMETIMES BLEEDING AFTER MENOPAUSE CAN BE A SIGN OF SOMETHING NOT RIGHT, BUT SINCE MY DR. SAID HE DIDN'T NEED TO SEE ME FOR SIX MONTHS I THOUGHT MAYBE I WAS OVER REACTING, BUT I ALSO DON'T WANT TO END UP WITH CANCER OF THE UTERUS OR CERVIX.
