just a few questions hoping that someone can answer. before surgery my doctor was able to recreate the pain i was having when examing me. he mentioned the left uterosacral ligament. i was having alot of discomfort in my lumbar area and a pulling stretching almost tugging feeling from that area to my flank and buttock, also on my left. I had previous pelvic surgeries where they also had sewn my left utero sacrol ligament my vaginal cuff after hysto. anyways, after this last surgery he had to remove most of the left uterosacral ligament due to adhesions and endo. he then sewed what was left to my just shortened vaginal cuff. after surgery i had such a tightness constriction that it was hard to bend forward on the same left side. eventually the pain returned like it was before this surgery and now have all of the pulling tugging feeling. it is horrible and is causing leg pain and pain after bowel movement. after each bowel movement is has the same stretching and pulling. i don't understand why noone can figure this out. to me its quite obvious it has something to do with the suturing/resuturing of that ligament. maybe it is just too tight. the muscles psoas/piraformis could also be aggravated causing me all these symptoms. i cannot even stoop down or up without help. is this possible that the sutures are/were too tight and then the tissues or muscles got aggravated from that. please help this is getting out of control,, just starting physical therapy(deep tissue). For the bowel problems they want me to try retoning it with lots of fiber physical therapy and fiber supplements which i am doing but something elso is going on...
