Doctor can you help?

Could anyone please tell me what could be causing nausea/vomiting, loss of appetite (only eating about two small meals a day), dizziness, hot/cold sweats (cannot make up my mind which I want to be, I will be cold one minute and sweating the next, frequent urination, fatigue, abdominal as well as back pain, and irritability? Also, my blood pressure is up. Yes, I have taken a blood serum test and it was negative (any chance it could be wrong)? I am just not right these days and cannot figure out why not and because I don't have medical insurance (only medicaid), I go to our local health department for my yearly and they don't want to listen to you. I do have a private doctor that takes medicaid but she has been out of town. I am just wondering what could be wrong with me. I honestly thought I was pregnant but am not. Is there any other disorder that could be causing this?

Any insight on this situation you could offer would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you, Angie
