Since then I have had 3 more UTIs all of which developed on day 18 of the pill. Could the pills be causing these UTIs? I never had a UTI before (I am 29 years old) and I was not sexually active during the first 2 UTIs. The only thing I can link to the UTIs is the pill. This it the first time I have taken oral contraceptives. Should I try to switch another pill?
