Anon, I get these too, on occasion. It's probably either a really bad zit, or an ingrown hair. I tend to get them to the sides of my pubic area in the crease of the top of my leg, or down around my bottom where the elastic on my underwear rubs. They usually tend to be darker skin and kind of hard lumps until they totally heal, which takes several weeks to totally go away for me, but they do go away. If you get more, or are really worried about it, give your doctors office a call and ask them about it, but it should be fine and will take care of itself.
