12 day period!!! Maybe reply: Marisa Geller MD: "Re: 12 day period!!!" hi, i started taking my first pack of mircette 12 days ago at the beginning of my period, and i have not stopped bleeding!!! my period normally lasts around 5-7 days, and when it first started it was normal, and by the morning of the 7th day it seemed to be just about stopped, then by the late afternoon it started back up again at a normal flow..... this continued as and by today i thought it was finally over, ( there was barly ne thing there, just a lil dried blood), then early tonight it started back up again at a normal flow!!! any ways i'm so frustrated... i just want it to stop, and i was wondering if any one knew what might be causing this, if i should be worried, and when it might finally be over!!!
