It is 4 to 5 days before my actual period should start. Needless to say I am concerned. Normally I might experience some breast tenderness while I'm on my period. I hardly ever get cramps and I normally start spotting the day before my period starts. Currently I'm not on any type of birth control. Has anyone ever experienced anything like this before?
