irregular and missed periods

For the past 2 years or so, my periods have been very irregular, normally ranging from between 34-45 days and lasting 6 days.

My problem is that it has now been 50 days, and still no period. My breasts are tender, I have cramps, im tired, hungry, and ive been moody (my regular pms symptoms)- on and off for the past 3 weeks.

Here are my questions-

Ive had 2 previous abortions, since the abortions i have had some nausea and heartburn before my periods- could the abortions have screwed up my cycle this much and caused these new symptoms?

Within the past 9 months, ive been gaining more weight than ever before my period- anywhere from 5-10 lbs, and ive been breaking out in different areas of my face then i normally had before with my periods.

Ive been trying to lose weight, and i have been making shakes with soymilk and protein powder. Can too much soy delay my period? How about lack of calories? Im 5' 8.5" 143 lbs with a slender/ athletic build- im quite aways away from amenhorrhea caused by lack of weight/bodyfat, right?

I dont feel pregnant ( I had HORRIBLE symptoms before)im just really tired, and theres no period.

What should I do? My doctor ran blood tests, and everything appears to be fine- I just dont know whats going on.

Please help.
