They are very heavy and they usually last around 9 days, sometimes even 12. I usually have cramps the first half of my period, but not all the time. Occasionally they're very bad, but that seems normal. I'm 21 and not taking any medication, not even the pill. I don't have any other problems, I just don't know anyone with a period as long as mine.
