If your blood pressure has suddenly become very high ,you need to call your doctor right now or head for the emergency room. In general , nausea/ fullness/and pain needs to be seen by a doctor if it doesn't go away in a couple of weeks. Please get seen right now for the sudden rise in BP. Nausea accompanied by a sudden rise in BP can be a warning sign of a serious problem.
