Sarah, I have a friend who has struggled with this same problem. It stopped for a while after she eliminated sugar (she hasn't had sugar in 3 years), but then her problem came back. She found that caffeine was also causing her chronic yeast infections. She quit caffeine 5 months ago (completely) and hasn't had a problem since. It's definitely something to try.
