I have never had break through bleeding or cramping since I started birth control. I do take medications for my migraines but none that would interact with my birth control I always check with my dr. I have never missed a period or had an early period while on birth control. Yesterday after me and my boyfriend had unprotected sex I got this really horrible pain in my lower stomach. (felt like cramps) I never bothered with it but then every time I go to the bathroom and wipe I am spotting. Its not a heavy red its more a redish brownish color and its only when I wipe. But I am continuing to have the cramps and some back pain. But when I do get my period that is all I usually get is lower back pain and leg pain never cramps in my stomach....Any ideas of whats going on....This has only been happening since yesterday morning.Please help.
