This is a medically indicated hytorecomy and since I am already scheduled for the c-section in two weeks, I decided to "kill two birds with one stone" so to speak. I was told by my doctor that some say it is a little more painful. He said it just depends. I am wondering about pain, recovery time, and emotional issues. I am aware that my hormones will be intact because I am keeping my ovaries and tubes.
