Yes, Stephanie, you could be pregnant. 18 pills is a lot to miss, and you can get pregnant even if you miss a couple pills. If you don't want to be pregnant, and you can't remember to take your pills, you should talk to your doctor about using another method, or buy some condoms. Good luck.
