31 years old - Remove Ovaries?

Total Abdominal Hysterectomy almost a year ago. Laparoscopy done almost 6 months ago, adhesions found, cut down and cyst removed. Continuing lower abdominal pain - into back and upper groin/thigh areas. Is getting progressively worse.

New GYN did exam. Very painful. Said my ovaries do not move as they should and thinks scar tissue on the ovaries is the culprit to my pain. Suggests I have my ovaries removed.

Said maybe try Lupron with add back therapy to see if it would help with the pain. I am taking amitryptiline (spelling?) 10 MG but it isn't helping the pain. He said it wouldn't help.

I'd rather not have another surgery or lose my ovaries at my age. Is Lupron my only option and is it likely to help the pain? I did not tolerate birth control pills well and am worried about the side effects from Lupron with add back therapy on top of the pain.
