They found what the doctor said was an adnexal cyst or mass measuring 3-4 cm on my ovarie. Are these ever found to be cancerous. I had a niece who passed away at the age of 26 from ovarian cancer. Should I be concerned? What is the treatment of these. THANKS!!!!
