Obgyn.net has a policy of not giving referrals, however, if you provide your email address a forum member might reply off-list. Is there some reason that you must see an internal medicine specialist? If all you want is a physical, any family practice doctor can do that for you, and they almost always take new patients. I am familiar with the Burlington, MA area, and there are plenty of family/primary care doctors in the North Shore and Boston area who take new patients. Internal medicine specialists are useful if you have diabetes and other diseases that need close management, but other than that I wouldn't bother.
