I have never had sex and I need to make a decision about whether or not I want to have a septum removal. The tissue is bothersome when I take out tampons, and I am concerned that it will present problems in the future. I am wondering though if it will cause any scar tissue to be left behind or any other "numb parts." Will I have any loss of feeling anywhere in the vaginal area after the procedure?
