I also have endo, and the recurrent lymph node swelling with pain. My endocrinologist suggested that it is my immune system responding to the constant inflammation and pain of the endometriosis. Your body is trying to fight off this invader. *Some* research indicates a close relation between endometriosis and cancer - which might explain the immune system response. The lymph nodes usually go away after a few weeks, but I have had some stay swollen up to 2 months. Moist heat packs and ibuprofin help me with the pain, maybe you could give that a try. Hope this is helpful.

luck, SusieQ
