I got a letter in the mail from my pharmacy that I possibly could have taken nortel 7/7/7 birth control bills that were packaged in the incorrect sequence. My current pill pack is from one of the recalled lots (though at least weeks 3 & 4 are in the correct order, don't know about weeks 1 & 2 since I already took them). A package I have lying around from a couple months ago is also from a recalled lot. I suspect the pack I had last month (now thrown away was from a recalled lot) particularly as I noticed I bled heavily on week 3 last month but not hardly at all during the 4th week. Does this mean I need a pregnancy test and may be at increased risk of pregnancy? How do I know if there will be any legal action taken? I really don't think it's right having to pay for a pregnancy test or doctor's visit because of their mistake. (I am a grad student, make very little money.) How soon after having intercourse can you tell whether or not you're pregnant? Help me, please! I am freaking out!
