LGSIL is most of the time related to HPV. The point is that HPV is an infection that has a great percentage of regression which explains why you may not have it now. LGSIL are dysplastic cells restricted to the top third of the epithelium and most of these lesions regress, so you need to repeat Paps every 3-4 months for a year. So, do not worry, all you need is a good follow-up.
