I'm not doing so in excess,but it is deep red in colour. I didn't tear or have an episitomy, but have a few superficial tears. The tears and general stretching has caused a stinging pain in the area, particularily when I urinate. I'm wondering if this is all normal and if so, how long I should expect it to continue? Is there anything I can do to ease the pain beyond sitz baths? I am breastfeeding, which I understand should lessen the blood in my lochia. Please help!
