For the last 3 days I have been such a different person. I am very, very angry, I have a volatile temperament, I can't stand being a mom, wife, friend right now. I am willing to tell off whoever angers me. Now, I am a very quiet, keep tpo myself type person. This behavior is so not like me. I want to leave my house and 4 kids and never return! I was on Lexapro in June. At the beg of July I was switche dto Effexor (150mg). I am wondering if this is an indication the meds aren't working, are too strong, etc. I ahte feeling liek this. I just want to explode. I had been diagnosed with PMDD a year or so ago.
