Do you only get migraines during your period or do you get them at other times as well? The pill can actually be used to treat menstrual migraines. If an IUD is a good choice for you, consider paying for it yourself. A lot of women have to pay for birth control out of pocket, and if you don't want to get pregnant, this might be the best option you have. Planned Parenthood might be able to fit you with an IUD cheaper than at a doctor's office. If you really want a tubal, talk to some other doctors.
