I know pulling out is not very safe, but I was wondering if the brith control was effective enough by now for it to be safe. I was also wondering when he can start to cum inside of me with it being safe. I hope you have been using a condom all along, the birth control pill is not an effective method of birth control for the first week of taking it. It does not matter if he pulls out as there is semen if pre-ejaclate fluid and it only takes one determined little swimmer. Some doctors recommend being on the pill for a full cycle before you are fully protected, others say 7 days. Since you have been having unprotected sex you may need to take an HPT if you don't get your period during the inactive pills. Also, please remember that no birth control method is 100%, there have been failures on the pill even if the pills are taken exactly as directed. Also, the pill does not protect you from STD's. Make sure you take your pill at the same time every day. Good Luck!
