if you have never had any sexual contact then i can't imagine it being an std...It depends where on your vagina they are --- if they're on the inside where there's no hair, you sould see a doc cuz it could be an allergic reaction or some kind of infection or something. If it's where there is hair it could be ingrown hairs from shaving or waxing. Take warm soaks 2 times a day, keep the area dry and clean. Use a solution like tendskin (available at upscale spas) to prevent these bumps...it's probably like 20 $ but it's well worth it because it will prevent them. If this doesn't help, see a doc. They see stuff like this all the time. better safe than sorry. good luck.
