this all depends on how old you are, and if you've recently started using birth control pills. if you're still in your teens, your cycle may vary for a few more years yet. if you've just started taking the pill recently, that can (and probably will) change your cycles until your body has enough time to regulate itself. if neither of these factors seem valid, and you definitely are NOT pregnant (have it confirmed by a blood test with your doctor), see your doctor about this, especially if you miss a third period. you could have a hormone imbalance that's stopping your cycles. for example, if your body produces too much testerone and not enough estrogen, your periods can stop. good luck.
