exfoliate your bikini area daily with a loofah or a shower puff. Use an astringent like Tend Skin (prevents ingrowns and helps get them awy - amazing!!!) or just use something like bikini zone to help, but it's not as good as tend skin. Call a local spa in your area to find out who might sell it. It's not always available in drugstores. at least not in canada. good luck.
