If you are still concerned get an HPT and take it, it will give you peace of mind. No birth control method is 100% effective other than abstinence, however the combination of being on birth control and getting your period makes it almost impossible.

This is not necessarily for you but for others, men produce pre-ejaculate fluid that have sperm in it. It does not matter if he is in for 5 seconds or 5 minutes it is enough to get pregnant if you are not using birth control.
