I use Dalacin T topical solution. It comes in an applicator that looks like a bingo dabber. you just put it on your face before bed and in the morning and it's great, my acne completely cleared up in 2 weeks. I get the odd tiny pimple before my period but my skin is perfect now and my pores look so much more refined. I highly recommend it. Talk to your doc maybe he/she will prescribe it since it's not a pill. good luck.
