I am 27 years old suffering from chronic pelvic pain.In Feb I went to doctor because I didn't have a period for six months. She diagnosed me with Polycystic Ovary Disease and ordered a sonogram. She also put me on Metformin and Yasmin. The sono showed I had a very thick lining in my endometrium of 12cm and no cysts or tumors. The pelvic pain got worse and I got my periods back again. After multiple trips back to the doctor over the past 4 months for the pelvi pain she ordered another sonogram. This time it showed my ovaries were small and both were covered in multiple cysts. She did say that my lining was normal now, back to 5.5cm so that is good. But they also found a small Fibroid Tumor on my uterous 1cm and I think she said something about a stem? The doctor is telling me it is nothing to be concerned of and I am still scared to death. They are saying that my pain could not be from the cysts or the tumor and she wants to do more tests,I guess we are going to test for endometriosis and dysplasia.I did have dysplasia when I was 17 but the doc told me it cleared up on its own and I never had surgery for it.The pain is very low and deep, usually on the left side feeling like a knotted muscle. It aches and throbs a lot and I cannot stand it sometimes. It is making my periods unbearably painful and I cannot even go to work lately. Also I have been having EXTREME nausea and headaches lately and the worst thing is fatigue. Is this really nothing to be concerned of?What else can cause this pain?
