I know the question about how antibiotics effect BCP has been asked many times and the answer always seems to be: Use a back-up method; however, I was unaware of the effects when I had unprotected sex (he didn't pull out) four days ago. I have been on continuous birth control pills for 4 years without more than a few breaks- for periods-a year- this is for the treatment of endometriosis. The antibiotics taken were: Amoxicillin and Clarithromycin along with Prevacid (these were taken for treatment of a stomach problem). What are the chances that I could be pregnant? Thank you. Yahoo!
