Linn, continuous birth control pills probably won't help your PMS symptoms. I've been on continous bcp for over two years for endometriosis, and I allow myself one period about every 4 months. This puts you on a 3-week cycle. I have PMS symtoms during the third week of pills and then during the first week of pills (which is the week I skip my period). Sometimes the symptoms are unbearable for me, but I have to stick with it because I'm out of options to treat my endo. I've been taking Ovcon 35, which is a low estrogen, high progestin mono-phasic pill. Of course, everyone has different experiences with continuous bcp, so you should probably discuss this with your doctor to see if it would be right for you. I've also heard of a lot of women (who are moving into the age of menopause or early menopause) having a lot of great results with natural progesterone cream. You might want to talk to your doctor about that as a possible option. Good luck to you.
