I was having problems with yasmin in regards to breakthrough bleeding and Ortho tri with weight gain. So I had to switch. I didn't notice any weight gain when I switched to the lo, but I believe that Yasmin was better for skin. With the Ortho Lo, my skin is still better than it is w/o BC at all.
