I am on depo-provera for endometriosis...have been for almost a year now. I always have problems with bleeding right after the injection for about a week or so, then it goes away. I am due for my next injection in about a week...about a week ago, I developed a pain in the left pelvic region. At first, I didn't think it had anything to do with this, but now I'm wondering...about 3 days ago, I started having a brown discharge and now I also have vaginal burning...no itching like with yeast, just burning....I used to always get this burning when I had my period. Does anyone else experience this and what can be done about it?
