Anna,

Don't know if it is too late or not and you won't know either until you go to the doctor for testing. But go soon because you are running out of time. As a little side note, there are many stories of women having babies at 43 or older. My mother-in-law in fact got quite a shock at 43 when she had her last baby. My father-in-law was 46. They are wonderful parents and managed quite well with a little one and 4 older ones (including a wheelchair bound son in his 20s). My own hubby was just days short of 43 when we had our little one and he's great with him. Personally after fighting infertility for years, I'd say go in and get tested. If indeed you cannot or don't have a baby, you'll know you at least tried and will be able to go through life with less worries of "what if". And you may end up with that baby you long for after all. Go to the doctor and then let us know what happens. Good luck!
