In a case of a 15 week pregnancy, and a new finding of subchorionic hemorrhage of approx. 30 milliliters in volume (dimensions 7 cm x 1.8 cm x 4 cm) located from the lower margin of the placenta to the cervix (with intermittent bleeding, no evidence of fetal malnourishment), would he/she prescribe weekly serial ultrasounds to track the situation? Would he/she prescribe bed rest?
