Should I switch to a BCP with higher progestin?

I used to be on Ortho- Tricyclen and my periods very regular, which I loved! For the past few months I was switched to Zovia 1/35 and my periods have gotten progressively lighter, which I DO NOT like! In fact, just last week my period didn't even come so I took an HPT yesterday and it was negative. When I researched Zovia 1/35 and Ortho-Tricyclen I noticed that they had the same amount of Estrogen, but Zovia had much more Progestin. QUESTION 1: So, if I want my normal period back, should I request to go back to Ortho-tricyclen or some other BCP that also has a low progestin content? QUESTION 2: Would I also need to go back to a triphasic BCP to get my period back?
